Exerting uncontested dominance over the Orion Arm via the ever-expanding United Systems Alliance, modern society has become fast-paced, unforgiving, and abundant in corporate greed. Humans have since advanced leagues beyond their former selves. Cybernetics, genetic enhancement, faster-than-light travel, and starships are just some of the many, many things accomplished by human hands previously thought impossible.
