The Realm of Elysia

World of Elysia Many thousands of years ago, the world was what it is now. Two goddesses who were created with the birth of the very universe ruled overall, and they could not be more different. A goddess who was unchecked creation, rapidly filling the universe with more and more, but with creation came chaos. Then there was the goddess of destruction, who found all this to be abhorrent and wished to bring everything back to the way it was. With destruction she brought came eternal peace. And so was a cycle of constant state of destruction and creation that left the world in a mess, and all this would come to it’s conclusion when the two goddesses came to a head on the planet of Elysia around 2500 years ago, merging for a moment before exploding, shattering themselves, along with the land on the world and the natural order of things, leaving the world to be a nearly inhospitable place, where there was no night or day, and things could not truly die. This destruction was not the end though, for a new pantheon of goddesses would form from the shards of the original goddesses, who would fix the natural order and bring the broken land together to form the great continent. Whilst they would sometimes come at odds together, they were much weaker than that of the original goddesses and there being more led to them often being able to come to compromises and deals. A bit over a thousand years ago it would be discovered that crystals could store mana and be used to power various things, monsters began appearing, and dungeons began forming that offered great treasure, leading to an era of conflict, curiosity, and adventure! There is much to do in the world of Elysia, whether it is to face the challenges of monsters and dungeons, explore the secrets the world holds, or even as something as humble as opening a shop.
