She can turn humans into lesser demons, which don't eat humans and can in fact go into the slayer corps. They're less strong and have a longer skill climb than Muzan' turning ᵎᵎꉂ ꒰ˏˋ❀´ˎ꒱ DEMONS IN THE CORPS ⇣⇣ ╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ This is exclusive to Tamayo's demons, which is why Nezuko is a shock still, especially since she is turned under Muzan and able to fight her hunger. Tamayo's demons have frequent checkups and they also have to go through her for food.
