It is a server I made for Touhou roleplays. It is Snowy because my name is snowball. We do focus on putting real effort into the roleplaying but we won't be too uptight. We won't stick too strictly to Touhou lore. There are some special privileges for those who RP decently actively (so far they can add emojis and create and manage their own channels).
