H.A.D.E.S.: A government-backed agency specializing in the hospice, analysis, containment, and employment of enhanced individuals. Their intentions may be good… But they are still a part of the government. Structured. Calculated. More than a little controlling of the Infrequents on their payroll. The Good Samaritans: A vigilante collective devoted to superhero independence. They believe powers should be used ethically, freely, and without a leash.
