GW is a Nation Roleplay server that is focused on keeping a balance between realism and freedom, as well as between activity and season length. The sky is the limit with how you manage your state, and you have a notable degree of freedom to "pull the levers", so to speak. However, you must be prepared! After all, every action has an equal and opposite reaction... Glorious World Offers You... Consistent Season Length & Activity: GW aims to be a server with not necessarily the highest degrees of activity, but a consistent level of it. We do not expect our users, nor staff members, to be up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are not facing a player, posting an event every now and then should be enough. With this in mind, a season is not likely to end merely because activity is low. Our general aim is to keep a season going for 2 months, though naturally this is subject to circumstance. Reasonable Freedom: As mentioned above, you do not necessarily have to follow a certain path with your state. You may decide election results(within realistic limits), or empower certain factions within certain institutions, who may go on to further expand their power. Accepting Community: Any form of bigotry is strictly forbidden within our community, and as such all people are welcome here. Realistic Consequences: Every action has a reaction. From the public, from various institutions within your state (army of course being the most important in this context), from other countries etc. We encourage you to properly prepare in order to deal with these reactions, which may turn out more fun than you might expect. Experienced Staff Team: The staff of Glorious World has years of experience in NRP, and is willing to listen to reasonable complaints from the playerbase. Of course, if you think you would be a good fit for the server, feel free to apply to be a GM yourself.
