These Terms of Service govern your use of Rally. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Rally provides community discovery and engagement tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Rally at any time without notice or liability.

• •You must authenticate using a supported login method.
• •You must be at least 13 years old.
• •You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• •One account per person. Do not share or transfer accounts.
• •We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

You may not use Rally to:

• •Post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• •Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• •Manipulate rankings, run automated requests, or scrape our platform
• •Violate the terms of any third-party platform or service
• •Impersonate any person or entity

• •You must have permission to list the server.
• •All server information must be accurate.
• •Adult content servers must be properly tagged as NSFW.
• •We may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.

• •All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• •Prices are subject to change at any time.
• •We may revoke purchased benefits if your account is terminated.

• •Rally's branding, design, and code are our property.
• •You are solely responsible for all content you submit to Rally, including any images or media.
• •You retain ownership of content you submit.
• •By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with Rally and its promotional materials.
• •We may remove any content at our discretion without notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rally and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Rally, your content or server listings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

• •Rally is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
• •We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
• •We are not responsible for the content of any Discord server listed on Rally.
• •Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
• •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• •Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• •Assignment: We may assign these Terms or any of our rights at any time without notice. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
• •Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rally regarding your use of Rally.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis; class actions and jury trials are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
