1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rally, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Rally reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Service Description

- •Server owners can list and promote their communities
- •Users can discover and join Discord servers
- •Daily puzzle games for the community
- •Server boosting to increase visibility
- •Discord bot for server management
3. User Accounts
Requirements
- •You must authenticate via Discord OAuth
- •You must be at least 13 years old
- •You must provide accurate information
- •You are responsible for your account security
- •No passwords are stored - we use Discord authentication only
Restrictions
- •Do not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- •Do not share your Discord session with others
- •Do not impersonate other users or entities
4. Acceptable Use
Permitted
- •List legitimate Discord servers you manage
- •Provide accurate server information
- •Comply with Discord Terms of Service
- •Respect other users and communities
Prohibited
- •Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- •Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- •Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
- •Malware, viruses, or malicious links
- •Spam or manipulation of rankings
- •Scraping or automated data collection
- •Reverse engineering or unauthorized access
5. Server Listings
Requirements
- •You must have permission to list the server
- •Server information must be accurate
- •NSFW servers must be properly tagged
- •Servers must comply with Discord policies
Boosting
- •Free bumps available every 6 hours
- •Paid boosts for extended visibility
- •Automated or coordinated boosting is prohibited
- •We may remove servers that violate boost policies
Removal
- •Violating these Terms or Discord policies
- •False or misleading information
- •Receiving valid abuse reports
- •Inactive or inaccessible servers
6. Payments
- •Payments processed securely via Square
- •All purchases are for server boosts
- •Boosts are non-refundable once activated
- •Prices displayed include applicable taxes
- •We do not store credit card information
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
- •Rally branding, design, and code are our property
- •Protected by copyright and trademark laws
Your Content
- •You retain ownership of content you submit
- •You grant us license to display your content
- •You represent you have rights to your content
8. Disclaimers
Service Availability
- •Services provided "as is" without warranty
- •We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- •Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability
Third-Party Content
- •We are not responsible for Discord server content
- •We do not endorse any listed server
- •Users join servers at their own risk
Limitation of Liability
- •Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- •Maximum liability limited to fees paid (if any)
9. Termination
- •We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- •You may delete your account at any time
- •Termination does not affect accrued rights
- •Some provisions survive termination
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. Class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update these terms as Rally evolves. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
