  • Premium subscriptions and features
  • Discord bot integration
3. User Accounts

Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Discord account to use our services
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use another user's account without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Server Listings

Listing Requirements

  • You must have permission to list the server
  • Server information must be accurate and up-to-date
  • Server content must comply with these Terms and Discord's policies
  • NSFW servers must be properly tagged

Bump System

  • Servers can be bumped once per time window (6 hours)
  • Bumping must be done manually or through authorized bots
  • Automated or coordinated bumping is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove servers that violate bump policies

Server Removal

We may remove server listings that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Receive reports of violations
  • Are inactive or inaccessible
  • Are associated with banned users
6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

We offer premium subscriptions with additional features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • You must provide valid payment information
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel at any time through your dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion.

Discord.Network and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (server descriptions, images, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at dmca@rally.casa with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • Location of the infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • Statement of good faith belief
  • Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content posted by users or the conduct of Discord servers listed on our platform. We do not endorse any server or user content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discord.Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services:

  • For violation of these Terms of Service
  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Discord.Network operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
