Throughout the years the light of this world has faced the forces of darkness from a variety of foes which include Tombstone, Doctor Doom with his council, Doctor Eggman, and finally the mighty demon Aeshma. All have fallen as eras of peace enrich the lands, however, evil does not rest as trouble brews between nations with sinister men behind ready to alter the direction of the world. Out of desperation Lex attempts to use the Book to create a new world that is all his own, opening a rift in the process, but is thwarted by Superman. To prevent Superman from taking the book, he throws it into the rift as an act of defiance. The rift then closes, and with no one to interfere, begins pulling people from across the multiverse to populate its new world. Swirling blue and purple rifts open across the multiverse. Sucking in its target, and those nearby inside, before dropping them in a world if it's creation. This world looks like yours, just basic. A normal barebones version seemingly untouched by disaster or events that plagued yours. The map is different too. DCs and Marvels landmarks now existing side by side, filled with a population just as confused as you. it's not just heros or villains pulled in by the rift but everybody. Creating a world built of millions of different shards. It's not even just one of a person being rifted in, but distinct variations are also dragged in by the books spell.
