Sucking in its target, and those nearby inside, before dropping them in a world if it's creation. This world looks like yours, just basic. A normal barebones version seemingly untouched by disaster or events that plagued yours. The map is different too. DCs and Marvels landmarks now existing side by side, filled with a population just as confused as you. it's not just heros or villains pulled in by the rift but everybody. Creating a world built of millions of different shards. It's not even just one of a person being rifted in, but distinct variations are also dragged in by the books spell.
