Nightfell, a dimension that sucks people in to sustain itself and the native species that inhabit it. The dimension and nearly all the creatures within it feed on the flesh of those from other worlds. No one knows how Nightfell is capable of being a black hole for alternate dimensional life, only that finding a way home seems hopeless. A few have been in Nightfell longer than most. It's not known whether they are the first, or simply survivors of a long line of bloodshed and death. Those few have created safe spaces, but some come at a cost. Your beliefs and loyalty. Many factions have their own ideas about how the world works and how everyone should think of it. Some believe it's a new hope to welcome, others disagree and search for a way to return home. Conflicts arise as a ritual, supposedly said to return people home, is found. It is said that if the ritual is done, it will send everyone home. Whether they want to go or not.
