Originally founded as Project Azalea, the facility was designed to house cooperative, humanoid, and low risk anomalous entities under an experimental doctrine known as Reciprocal Containment Ethics. Unlike standard containment facilities, Azalea Site allows approved anomalies limited autonomy, personalized environments, and supervised social interaction. Staff are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times.
